A real estate investment project. The program proposed to build a house on a limited plot as if it were a luxury home.

As there are two semi-detached houses, the houses would be twins. The pool is the backbone of the house, qualifying (and cooling) from the foyer to the living room. The paved enclosure that generates a large translucent envelope embraces and equalizes both houses. The pavés is projected as a factory whose rigging plays in filigrees and borders.

The tranquility of the neighborhood allows the opening of the plot in a front garden with an American concept.
