A contemporary popular house. It deconstructs the functionality of the first home in favor of more relaxed and hedonistic dynamics, allowing the spaces to relate and allowing the independence of the inhabitants.

The kitchen becomes the center of the house, a false patio in a semi-triple height that qualifies the spaces of the entire home through planters of bougainvilleas and geraniums; giving a feeling of openness.

The house is distributed over 6 mezzanines, which allows the installation of a covered swimming pool surrounded by tile roofs and a semi-basement with a garage.
